1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Encache ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.
2. License
Encache grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless you have obtained prior written consent from Encache. The license granted in this section is subject to the restrictions in the remainder of this Agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify Encache immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within Encache
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted portions of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Encache, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Encache, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any loss, which by way of example, includes loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, resulting from your use of or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if Encache or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on Encache's Service are provided on an "as is" basis. Encache makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Modifications to Terms
Encache may revise these terms of service for our Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. If you do not agree to any of the terms or conditions in this agreement, please discontinue use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
